Amanda - Dental Receptionist Treatment Coordinator

Amanda has been a surgical coordinator for 20 years. She has been with PCOMS team since 2003. She handles the front desk duties as well as scheduling Dr Aidelbaum's and Dr Chen's hospital days. She is more than happy to assist you with any questions you might have.

Miranda- Dental Receptionist Treatment Coordinator

Miranda is a treatment coordinator that came to us with nearly 10 years of Dental Assisting experience. The part of dentistry that Miranda enjoys the most is building great rapport with her patients and making every visit a pleasant one. She has knowledge in many different areas of dentistry and is excited to being working in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. When she ins't working, Miranda spends nearly all her time outdoors with her 1 year old Belgian Malinois - keeping her very active. 

Karen of Pacific Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Solutions

Karen is one of our recovery room nurses and has been a Registered Nurse since 2008. She also works at BC Children's Hospital in the Medical Imaging and Oncology departments, and has a passion for caring for the paediatric population. Her warm and gentle approach will help you to feel comfortable as she prepares you for your procedure, and she is sensitive to any concerns you may have and happy to answer any of your questions.

Outside of the office Karen loves spending time being active and outdoors with her family and two french bulldogs.

Karyn of Pacific Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Solutions

Karyn - Surgical Assistant

Karen has over 30 years experience working as a CDA. Karyn began her surgical career with Dr. Aidelbaum 20 years ago and feels very privileged to be a member of the Pacific Coast OMS team. Karyn regularly attends study club lectures and education seminars to keep up to date with all dental and oral surgery procedures. Karyn is registered and certified as am anaesthesia assistant with AAOMS and has a current CPR/ HCP certificate. Karyn is very passionate about oral surgery as it is a very rewarding and challenging career that enables her to work with a diverse group of patients of all ages.

With Karyn's calm and caring demeanor, she will make sure you are kept comfortable and informed throughout your visit to our office.

Dr. Lee of Pacific Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Solutions

Dr. Lee received his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1981, and completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of British Columbia. He was appointed to the Department of Anesthesiology at Shaughnessy Hospital and to the Faculty of Medicine at UBC, and is a member of the Department of Anesthesiology at Surrey Memorial Hospital, where he spends most of his time working when he’s not at PCOMS. In practice since 1986, Dr. Lee is highly experienced, and possesses a gentle demeanour which will put your mind at ease on your surgery day. We are proud to have Dr. Lee as an integral part of our PCOMS family.
